She is also a licensed salesperson with Evergreen HomeSmart in Irvine, CA. Her unique background in both residential and commercial real estate allows Anna to implement her knowledge from real estate, mortgage and teaching to each transaction. This is evident while working with each of her clients through educating her clients through the buying/selling process, extensive communication and setting clear expectations.
Nick Ratiu, Agent
Nick graduated from DeVry with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems. He began his professional career as an IT manager for B. Braun Medical in Irvine California. Although computers will always remain a passion for Nick, opportunities in finance and banking would be another calling to continue to grow professionally.
After spending 5 years in mortgage financing, Nick got married and moved to Arizona. Shortly after moving to Arizona over 15 years ago, Nick became an Assistant Vice President for MidFirst Bank and was part of the management team that oversaw the growth and success which the private bank enjoys today.
During his time with the bank, Nick identified a transitional need that a majority of his clients would eventually have to consider. Nick decided he wanted to be part of that solution and left the corporate world to start a company that would focus on meeting those needs. For the past 5 years Nick has founded and operated Loved Ones First, a company that assists seniors in finding the best senior living communities to call home. With over 3500 senior living communities throughout the state of Arizona, Nick has been a tremendous help to many families needing to find suitable living arrangements within Independent and Assisted Living communities.
With a passion for service in the senior living space, Nick is ready to help with an added value service for those needing to sell their home to transition to senior living. Nick enjoys spending time on the golf course or playing competitive chess with other members of his chess club. He lives in Vistancia with his wife Anna and 2 children.
